Produce a mobile application that allows for three-step product warranty registration of appliances, serves as a link to product help and can provide customer support for repairs, part replacement and malfunction diagnostics.
I wrote the Creative Brief for this concept and drove the execution of the deliverable; this creative was produced externally by ThinkSF. The project was completed in 12 weeks.
